Using staples is a great way of clamping parts together while the glue is drying. This video is an excellent review of the technique and how to get the staples out after the glue dries
This video provides a very useful method for pre-bending wood parts that would otherwise break during assembly. The upper rib caps should be bent this way to relieve stress in the ribs. Fortunately T-88 epoxy is not affected by the water used in the process.
